Several "Queer" articles on sexuality issues written by Kitty Raymond (see above quote and bibliography below) were published in 1996-97. Through her article in PoMoSexuals, Raymond reiterated her point that sexual identities are indeterminate and conceptually unstable -- regardless of how we try to invest them with "substance."
