With swashbuckling Sagittarius rising and its ruler Jupiter brought to attention through its placement at the apex of a T-square pattern, Randy Kopycinski appears above right as a happy-go-lucky pirate. Sagittarius and Jupiter are also associated with religion, and he is currently converting to a "socially conscious, intelligent, and progressive form" of Judaism, under the guidance of an openly gay Rabbi.

Like many astrologers, Kopycinski has the planet associated with astrology, Uranus, placed prominently in his chart (on his MC), along with the Uranus discovery degree of 24° Gemini (which conjuncts his Descendant). Also, Uranus is conjunct his 11th House cusp (which is the House of astrology). Uranus rules Aquarius, and with all this Uranian energy in his chart, perhaps its no wonder that Kopycinski designed a funky logo (above right) for his Rainbow Stars webring, featuring a man representing the Aquarian Water-Bearer pouring a rainbow prism of energy over the other planets.
